Description
Here is a 5 track locomotive repair and maintenence building that i started about a year ago. All i had done was cut out the 4 sides to the building and marked out all the holes for the windows and the overhead door openings for the 5 tracks that go into the building before today. On the back side i also have overhead door openings on the first two tracks since they are run through tracks. I'll post more ass i go along.

I have worked construction all my life so ive seen a lot of different building designs and the metal type building is typical of modern buildings so when i wanted a modern engine house but the old time feeling, this is what i came up with.I always liked the looks of the old roundhouse building so i did that but in a square shape instead.For the measurements i went with what looked good and surved the purposes of an engine house. I put the dimentions of this model on one of the other photos.<br />thanks,<br /> Steve0

- Thanks guys, im glad you like it. The styreen i used Fred was Evergreens #4528 metal siding. I havent figeured out what im doing for the roof yet.<br /> Steve aka "Slugger"
