You are right about those fire escapes, I dont think ours had that, I think we were supposed to jump to the top of that annex I spoke of. They tore down EVERYTHING back home, and I cant find any pictures of any of it anymore. So I cant really say what the dimensions are. I think, generally, in the Z world, almost all the buildings have selective compression, because a lot of companies just shrink down their O, HO and N buildings. A few years back there was a barn kit, and everyone thought it was too big, especially compared to the buildings that are out there, but it turned out to be scaled to the dimensions of the real barn.

This would make a nice Midwestern school, built around the 20s to 40s. I went to, I believe 2nd to 4th grade in a building very similar.All I would need to do is throw on an annex in the back, add a foundation, a playground, a couple old fallout shelter signs, a school bus in front, and I would be good to go.Looking at the cars next to it, it could be a tad bigger in my opinion.
