Great start! Now, if you're using PrismaColor pencils and it's getting "waxie" and the next colors don't want to draw over these colors; "fix it". Now you need to either spray it with some Poly Scale Flat Clear or a very light spray of Testor Dullcote. When that dries, add additional layers of color pencil graffiti. Remember, contrast! Light over dark colors or dark over light colors. You want a lot of contrast between the outlines and the car body and the graffiti. And keep sharpening those pencils.<br />Have fun!
