- When built in the mid 70's, this was the tallest petagonal- 5 sided - building in the world. Who knows what Dubai has built in recent years with our petro dollars.<br />Below this building is an underground parking garage- and also below Bay level- with strong winds from the south- say a hurricane on the Chesapeake Bay- the garage gets flooded.0
