- Fotos of REAL gold warbonnet in JUST FOR FUN thread0
- Trust me, I know the black hole is DEEP!!! Nice collection Fred :-)0
- With 'friends' like Loren... Who needs any AZL dealer?0
- Hay Fred. Dont forget I was the first to beg, I mean to ask nicely for your engines.
Where did you move them to (BUDDY) I wont tell anybody.;-);-);-);-);-)0
- By the way---Train Cave has been moved to a new UNDISCLOSED location..0
- PS. No need to personally thank me. Just watching out for you buddy. You have my mailing address so feel free to begin sending me my share of the collection. Oh, and please be sure to carefully wrap each loco in plenty of bubble wrap. And please insure each loco for its actual value. We would so hate to see the USPS gorillas accidentally drop one of them and then not know what to do with the pieces.

More;-)0
- Fred,

I along with the rest of the gang am very concerned about all the stress you must be experiencing knowing that at any moment Dragon Lady may walk into the room and begin to clean house,.....with you as the first object to be trashed. I think it best if you would fairly and evenly divide up your collection amongst your many friends so that we could help carry the load and relieve you of the worry about getting your skull bashed in by a fire breathing rampaging queen of the castle.

I'm sure Dragon Lady would approve of my plan and would personally thank each and every one of us for helping you to remain sane while still keeping your loyal friends.

Just a suggestion from one who really really cares about your well being and hopefully long and happy life expectancy.;-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-)0
- guess we ain't talken cauz I'm keepen it;-)0
- The gold and silver is a repaint of an MTL F-7. I saw it in TRAINS magazine ( in which case I might have thrown it out) or in three hardbacks on Santa Fe that I still have in my library.. I'll check later. I do remember they painted only one in the gold livery for some special event.0
- I'm not speaking to Fred any more.John you tell him I'm not speaking to him,
unless he gives me the gold and silver engine.;-)0
- Fred, nice collection. This photo really shows of the size of the ship. Up front is a Santa Fe gold and silver loco. Who made that? If you don't mind, what is the history of it? John0

- Please- this is not to show off or brag. I took this picture for several reasons- not least of which is to show what the Z bug can do after being exposed for over 20 years. I did a quick "walk about" and grabbed available engines and placed them in no particular order. The Black Hole has more but I wasn't going to open up that Pandora's Box. It was also to meet a challenge (Kin)..... and to show the scale of "American Legend".
Plus- I'm not only into boats and ships- which displeases Dragon Lady emensely :-) She thinks I'm ready for a padded cell----not yet!!0
